Teopixqui Dez serves as the Spiritual Director of the Community of PACK Life. Their work is rooted in the belief that we discover our truest selves through connection with others and active maintenance of the Self.

Olaz is the guardian of the growth, ensuring that every sacrament within the Community is rooted in safety, expertise, and a deep reverence for life.
His role as the main cultivator is not merely a task but a sacred craft where passion meets precision. From the moment he travels to gather pure stream water to the quiet conversations he holds with the mycelium, he treats the process as a divine dialogue. By recognizing the inherent spirit of the mushrooms, he transforms cultivation into a ritual that honors the journey from spore to consumption.​
