From there, head west to the trail. The trail is to left of Stratton Open Space sign. Follow trail until “fork”. Stay left at fork to follow it to the street, then cross to stay on trail. Once across bridge turn right. We’ll be a little ways up the path. We’ll have signs.

Join us in a sacred gathering deep within the embrace of nature, where flowing water and gentle whispers of the breeze set the stage for a transformative experience. This ceremony is a powerful space for women to honor and express their emotions, particularly the often-suppressed energy of rage. As we connect with the earth beneath our feet, we will engage in different activites to express and release our rage and anger.

Through guided experince, crafting and sharing circles, participants will be encouraged to release pent-up emotions, reclaim their narratives, and celebrate their strength. The natural surroundings will serve as a witness to our healing, as we invoke the elements to assist in our transformation. Together, we will create a safe, supportive environment where each woman can embrace her unique power, express her truth, and reconnect with the wild, untamed aspects of her spirit.

What to bring: Towel, dry/change of clothes, drinking water, snacks, noise making things (milk jugs are great!), and 12 or 18 raw eggs if you want to participate in the egg mosaic activity.

Sheri will be bringing remaining egg mosaic supplies and other crafty stuffs. If you want anything specifc crafty thing for yourself, please bring it.
